Form Submissions Qualification

The process starts when a new form is filled out on your website. Each lead is qualified using CRM data, form questions, and enrichment data. This allows teams to qualify and schedule demos from one form to improve website conversions and speed-to-lead.

Account Ownership

Default searches for existing accounts and its owner. If there is an account, Default shows the prospect account owner’s calendar for quick scheduling. If they're not a customer yet, the Default logic creates a new account and schedules meetings evenly among sales reps.

Meeting Not Booked Followup

If prospect doesn't book a meeting, Default put these contacts into Apollo.io followup sequences trying to recover the most amount of lost revenue.

Notifications on Slack

To keep everyone updated, a Slack message is sent when a new lead comes in. This alone improved visibility on who's getting new leads and who's owned accounts come in inbound.
