Any revenue team needs to handle new leads the right way. This workflow template helps revenue teams add more context to and distribute leads to right accounts while improving CRM data hygiene.
Lead Enrichment
The workflow starts when a new lead is made in Salesforce. With Clearbit and Apollo.io, Default adds more relevant data to the lead. This then can be used to update existing account with new enrichment data.
Lead-to-account Routing
If relevant account in CRM is found, Default sends and converts the lead while assigning it to the Account Owner. It also sends a notification to the Account Owner through Slack to keep them updated. This makes the process of keeping track and following up on leads more efficient.
Account Creation for New Leads
If there's no existing account, Default makes a new one. It then shares the lead equally among the sales reps. A Slack notification is sent to the new Account Owner so they know what's happening.
