Routing

Legacy platforms route on the slice of data they hold. Default routes on an identity-resolved data layer that sees your CRM, website, forms, enrichment, and ads at once.

Scheduling

Legacy platforms match a form fill against one database and hope for the best. Default resolves who the lead is, books the meeting, and runs a workflow for every outcome in one platform.

Enrichment

Legacy platforms hand you another database or another table to maintain. Default runs waterfall enrichment into one identity-resolved model that qualifies, routes, and books in the same workflow.
