How it works

Install in 3 steps

  1. 1

    Install the skill

Unzip it into ~/.claude/skills/ for Claude Code or ~/.grok/skills/ for Grok Build. Using Codex, Cursor, Copilot or another agent? Run npx skills add DefaultHQ/revopsskills --skill crm-health-inspection instead; the library README lists every agent's folder.

  2. 2

    Open your agent

Open your agent in any folder on your machine. The report is saved to a local folder right there.

  3. 3

    Run /crm-health-inspection

Type /crm-health-inspection and pick Salesforce, HubSpot or Attio.

If the Default MCP is connected, the skill uses it for Salesforce and HubSpot. Otherwise it uses the Salesforce CLI, a HubSpot private app token, or an Attio API key, and tells you exactly what is missing before it pulls anything.

Trust

Read-only by design

Read-only

It never creates, updates, merges or deletes a record. Ask it to fix something and it shows you the fix to make yourself.

Runs locally

The skill runs in your agent on your machine and writes its report to a local folder.

Your score stays put

Your score, citations and scorecard stay in a local report folder. Nothing is written to your CRM, and the skill uploads nothing.

Tokens stay in your shell

HubSpot and Attio tokens are read from your shell environment and never printed or written to a file.

FAQ

Questions about the CRM audit

  • A CRM audit checks the data in your CRM for duplicates, missing fields, stale records, orphaned records and bad formatting. The CRM Health Inspection runs those checks in your AI agent and turns them into a grade from 0 to 100 and a ranked list of fixes.

  • Salesforce Health Check scores your org's security settings. The CRM Health Inspection scores the records themselves: duplicate accounts and contacts, missing owners and domains, deals past their close date, contacts with no account, and malformed emails.

  • Yes. The skill is read-only: it never writes to your CRM, it runs on your machine, and the report stays in a local folder. HubSpot and Attio tokens are read from your shell environment and never printed.

  • No. It works with the sf CLI for Salesforce, a HubSpot private app token, or an Attio API key. If the Default MCP is connected, it uses that instead for Salesforce and HubSpot. To fix what it finds automatically, see CRM hygiene with Default.

  • A few minutes for most CRMs. It pulls a sample of your records (up to 2,000 per object) plus exact counts, then scores them.

  • Salesforce, HubSpot and Attio. Salesforce runs through the sf CLI or the Default MCP, HubSpot through a private app token or the Default MCP, and Attio through an API key.

  • Rates marked [exact] come from full-CRM counts. Rates marked [sample] come from a sample of your records. Duplicate matching always runs on the sample, and Attio has no count API, so every Attio rate is a sample.
