What changed
- Members provisioned in Okta or Microsoft Entra appear in Default right away, with names, emails, and roles kept in sync.
- Deactivate someone in your identity provider and Default stops routing leads and meetings to them within seconds.
Set it up in a few minutes
Admins open Settings, then Single Sign-On (SSO), and select Set up Directory Sync to connect Okta, Microsoft Entra, or another identity provider.
Verify your email domain first, and members your directory provisions are activated automatically.
Your identity provider owns access
Workspace roles for directory-managed members carry a “Managed by directory” label and change only in your identity provider, so nobody overrides them by accident in Default. You can still share specific resources with them as usual.
Role changes and revoked admin access now reach the app, the API, and connected AI agents within about a minute, with no sign-out needed.
Routing follows your directory
Deactivated and removed members drop out of routing queues and booking within seconds, so no lead gets assigned to someone who has left. Reactivate them and they come back on their own.
